I’m proud to share three recent milestones in my professional journey each one deepening the value I bring to business owners, senior leaders, and growth-focused organisations.
1️⃣ Fellow of the Association of Business Mentors (ABM)
2️⃣ ILM Level 7 in Executive & Senior-Level Coaching and Mentoring
3️⃣ Member of the City & Guilds of London Institute (MCGI)
1. Becoming a Fellow of the ABM
I’m honoured to now hold Fellow status with the Association of Business Mentors (ABM),the UK’s leading professional body for business mentoring. Fellowship is awarded to senior practitioners who demonstrate deep experience, ethics, and ongoing commitment to raising professional standards.
✅ What this means for clients:
As a Fellow, I am committed not just to best practice, but to leading it. It provides clients with greater assurance of professionalism, confidentiality, and structured support underpinned by the ABM Code of Practice and the highest level of peer recognition within the mentoring profession.
2. ILM Level 7 Qualification: Coaching & Mentoring at Executive Level
Having now achieved the ILM Level 7 in Executive and Senior-Level Coaching and Mentoring, I join a select group of mentors qualified to operate at the highest boardroom and strategic levels. This is one of the most rigorous accreditations available (Masters equivalent) , requiring over 100+ hours of mentoring, reflective analysis, case study evaluation, and demonstration of ethical practice aligned to the EMCC and ABM competency framework.
✅ What this means for clients:
This qualification cements my ability to work with senior leaders on high-stakes challenges: growth, exit readiness, leadership transitions, or scaling complexity. You can expect not just support, but challenge, structure, and results-driven thinking grounded in proven methodology and executive insight.
3. Membership of the City & Guilds of London Institute (MCGI)
Following the ILM7 achievement, I have also been awarded MCGI-Membership of the City & Guilds of London Institute. This professional recognition is reserved for those who have demonstrated not only technical excellence but also contribution to their field, and a commitment to lifelong learning and leadership impact.
✅ What this means for clients:
MCGI is more than a badge it signals a leadership mindset, continuous improvement, and the ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies. It reinforces my commitment to evidence-based practice and measurable impact in every mentoring engagement.
Why This Matters
Each of these achievements reflects not just formal recognition but also the depth, professionalism, and integrity I bring to my work with clients. Whether you're leading a growing SME, navigating a strategic pivot, or preparing for investment or exit, my approach is now even more sharply focused, credentialed, and tailored to senior-level challenges. If you’re looking for structured, strategic support that combines hard-won commercial experience with professionally accredited mentoring, then ............
