I actively manage time, sequencing, and energy.
That includes:
Interrupting when necessary
Resetting the room if focus drops
Protecting the issue owner from well-meaning but unhelpful advice
Strong facilitation does not suppress energy. It channels it.

When structured properly, Peer2Peer delivers benefits far beyond the immediate issue being discussed.
