Initial Business Review
We will ‘lift the lid’ on your business, looking at the key opportunities and issues to be addressed, identifying what your business needs to do more and just as importantly, less of.
The initial business review will identify the key challenges and opportunities in your business. Forming a roadmap as to how to proceed in achieving your objectives.
Our initial business review incorporates an overarching framework using our NOW WHERE HOW process to understand where you are now, where you want your business to be in the future and how you are going to get there.
The outcome will bring clarity as to which key strategies you need to focus on for the coming 6-12 months.
The initial business review will include:
a. An initial diagnostic to identify short term burning issues, and initial fixes as well as the longer-term wish list – where you want to be and the strategies to get there
b. Growth and Profit Solutions review
c. Key stakeholder mindmap session to uncover your top 3-4 biggest challenges and opportunities
e. One Page Plan
Typical Duration: 2 hour session
Output: A clear, concise one page plan with commentary, supported by reports from the diagnostics and research undertaken to provide you clarity as to where to focus your strategies to achieve your goals.
Strategic Planning Session
To achieve your goals, it’s essential to have a clear road map to get there. We facilitate a short, sharp practical session to identify key strategies, discuss your vision, develop those strategies and guide implementation and priority of actions.
We recommend that this process be undertaken regularly (at a minimum annually) to ensure your plan is nimble and able to change direction to adapt to changing circumstances.
What’s involved?
We use the NOW WHERE HOW process in detail to identify where your business is now, where you want to be in the next 2-3 years and how you are going to get there. We will facilitate the process to achieve the outcome you want in a timeframe that suits you.
The session will involve: -
a. Discussion with senior stakeholders to understand where you are NOW
b. Gain clarity as to WHERE you are going
c. Determine your sustainable competitive advantage
d. Develop strategies with a Strategic SWOT analysis
e. Brainstorm further HOW strategies
f. Prioritise top strategies
g. Transform strategies into actions using a force field tool
h. Pull all the work together into a one page plan with next steps for each of the key actions.

Business Accelerator implementation and Mentor support options
We find that implementation and mentoring support are the key success factors in fast tracking the success of your strategies. This ensures you have a sounding board and regular accountability loop to ensure strategies are implemented and hurdles overcome.
We provide this with a blend of online and face to face mentoring and accountability sessions as required.
We work with you to determine the level and intensity of support you will require be that quarterly, monthly or tailored and more frequent meetings.
