With over 30 years’ experience in funding, scaling, and advising UK SMEs, I’ve walked the same path as the leaders I mentor. I know first-hand the pressures of building and leading businesses and the opportunities that come from clarity and focus.
After a career in commercial banking, invoice finance, and strategic advisory, I went on to found, scale, acquire, and exit companies across multiple sectors. Along the way, I learned what it takes to:

As a Fellow of the Association of Business Mentors, the Chartered Management Institute, a Professional Mentor with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs, I bring a commitment to professional standards and integrity.
I hold the ILM Level 7 in Executive Mentoring & Coaching (Masters equivalent), have been recognised nationally for excellence in mentoring, and serve as a Non-Executive Director supporting growth-focused organisations.
Alongside my commercial practice, I give back as a pro-bono mentor through the UK Government’s Help to Grow programme and Digital Boost.
Above all, I’m passionate about helping ambitious leaders move from firefighting to focused leadership — building clarity, confidence, and commercial traction at every stage of their journey.
